OMC Global Ltd Terms and Conditions

In the following terms and conditions, ‘the Company’ refers to ‘OMC Global Ltd’

Application & Contract

These terms apply to all agreements made between the Hirer (the person or company hiring the vehicle) and OMC Global (the Company). A booking, whether made verbally or in writing, will constitute an agreement, and the Hirer agrees to be bound by these terms. The Hirer is also responsible for ensuring all passengers adhere to these conditions.

Quotations

All quotations provided are based on the details given by the Hirer and are valid for a period of 14 days. The Company reserves the right to amend the quotation if there are any material changes to the information provided (e.g., number of passengers or route). The Hirer is responsible for confirming all details before the hire date.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure the booking. Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the hire date. If the booking is made within 7 days of the hire date, full payment is required immediately. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received in a timely manner.

Surcharges & Extra Expenses

The Hirer is responsible for any additional costs incurred during the hire, including but not limited to damage charges, additional miles, tolls, parking, and extra driver hours. The Company may also impose surcharges if the booking requires a special request or vehicle modification.

Cancellation Policy


More than 14 days before the hire date: Full refund, minus deposit.

7-14 days before the hire date: 50% of the total hire cost refunded.

Less than 7 days before the hire date: No refund.

Cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the discretion of the Company based on the situation.

Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to cancel the hire if, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is unable to provide the vehicle or services. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the Hirer. The Company will not be liable for any other costs or losses arising from the cancellation.

ForceMajeure

The Company is not responsible for delays, damage, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or civil unrest.

Use of Vehicle & Vehicle Availability

The vehicle provided is for the specific use outlined in the booking agreement. Any deviation from the agreed use (e.g., a different route or additional passengers) may incur extra charges. The Company reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle if the booked one becomes unavailable.

Route & Timings

The route will be at the Company's discretion unless otherwise specified. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring passengers are ready at the designated pickup points at the agreed time. Delays caused by the Hirer may result in additional charges.

Breakdown or Delay

In the event of a breakdown or delay, the Company will do its best to resolve the issue promptly. However, the Company will not be liable for any financial losses, compensation, or inconvenience caused by delays or cancellations.

Seating Capacity & Driver Hours

The Hirer agrees not to exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. The driver will comply with legal driving hours regulations, and additional charges may apply if the agreed journey time is exceeded.

Property & Passenger Conduct

The Hirer is responsible for the behavior of all passengers. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or remove passengers whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. Personal property is carried at the owner's risk, and the Company is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

Alcohol, Food, & Animals

Alcohol and food may only be consumed in the vehicle with prior permission from the Company. No animals are permitted on the vehicle, except for guide dogs or with prior arrangement.

Tours (UK and Abroad)

For international tours, the Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation (e.g., passports, visas) is in order. The Company will not be liable for any issues arising from the Hirer's failure to comply with travel requirements. Insurance for overseas travel is recommended.

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the hire date. The Company will review the complaint and respond accordingly. Chargebacks will not be accepted without first providing a written complaint to the Company.

Data Protection

The Company is committed to protecting the Hirer's data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Hirer's information will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booking and providing services related to the hire.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

No cancellation fee if canceled 7+ days in advance; 25% loss if within 7 days, 50% if within 48 hours, and 100% if within 24 hours.
By booking with OMC Global Ltd, the hirer agrees to these terms.
