Coach Tour Day Trip – Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• Payments can be made via a secure payment link.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations:
• More than 14 days before the trip: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before the trip: No refund

Operator Cancellations:
• OMC reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient bookings, severe weather, or coach breakdown).
• In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

⁠Departure and Return

• Please arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 15 minutes before departure.
• The coach will depart at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late passengers.
• Return times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or delays.

⁠Passenger Conduct

• All passengers must behave respectfully toward the driver and other passengers.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and alcohol are not allowed on the coach.
• Disruptive passengers may be removed from the trip without a refund.

⁠Luggage and Belongings

• Passengers are responsible for their own bags and personal items.
• OMC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Health and Accessibility

• Please inform us at the time of booking if you have mobility issues or special requirements so we can best accommodate you.

Children and Minors

• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• You may bring your own child seat for infants.
• OMC does not provide child seats.
